Our Inspiration
During a trip to Bali, we encountered many geckos around our villa, and their presence provided us a sense of comfort when bugs were all around — each chirp felt like a signal of reassurance.
It's the same sense of trust we envision in an intelligent system that quietly watches over our interests, 24/7 without resting.
We aspire to build value functions for mission-critical actions.
The Challenge
As the “How” gets easier, the “What” gets harder. AI helps us do more than ever — but knowing what to do becomes more competitive. Moreover, as Agentic AI takes on more of our actions, observability and alignment become essential, yet the current approach is unsustainable as automation generates massively more information to process.
What We Build
Decision-making is a layered compression: Data → Information → Intelligence. While chatbots are great for understanding information through text, text by itself is brittle for decision-making, as most actions only require a reliable YES or NO — and we aim to build solutions that deliver exactly that: quantified intelligence that is rigorous and actionable.
Our DNA
We take AI as a first-class citizen, embedding it into every aspect of our work — iterating on Automation (building systems to act on our behalf) and Alignment (ensuring those actions stay aligned with our goals and values). Being AI-Native simply means we are our own customers.
